Trumpet

Saw the light of day on August 26, 1971 in Geel, Belgium.

His grandfather was president of the local brass band, and so he was destined to become a musician.

Starting at the age of 10, he has been playing trumpet in that local brass band.
Gradually he came into contact with other music styles and he became a member of several big bands, concert bands and cover bands.
He has accompanied various artists including Willy Sommers, Gunther Neefs, Eddy Wally, Dennie Christian, Jurgen Marcus, Laura Lynn, Nicole & Hugo, …

For several years Kris also was a member of the band ‘Prime Time’, the accompanying orchestra of Frans Bauer and Lee Towers.
Currently, he is also the lead trumpet player of the show band “Blast From The Past”.

Since 2014 Kris is a member of Vaja Kon Dioz.
